Registration Guidelines

General Information
  • All delegates must register by paying the full fee as specified.
  • Registration is to be completed online via the given link.
  • Upload proof of full payment (PDF/image, max 1MB) with the form.
  • Incomplete or unpaid registrations will not be processed.
  • Conference registration is mandatory for attending Pre-Conference Workshops.
  • Workshop fees must be paid along with Conference registration.
  • IAMM TAPC membership is required for paper/poster presentations.
  • Registration fee does not include travel or accommodation.
  • Confirmation will be sent via email after successful registration.
  • Delegates aged 65+ with valid state membership are Exempted from the registration fee.
PG Student Delegate Fee

Encourages full-time PG students to attend and present their research.

Accompanying Persons
  • Includes Lunch, Dinner, and Tea/Coffee sessions.
  • No access to scientific sessions or delegate materials.
Spot Registration
  • Available at the venue subject to slot availability.
  • Not applicable for Workshops.
Cancellation & Refunds
  • 50% refund for cancellations on or before 31st July 2025.
  • No refund for cancellations on or after 1st August 2025.
  • No refund for Workshop cancellations.
  • Refunds processed one month post-conference to the original payment account.
  • Requests must be made in writing with full registration details.
